I’m a UX leader focused on building scalable design organizations, operational clarity, and enterprise user experiences within complex software ecosystems.

Over the past decade, my work has spanned product design, UX research, UX engineering, and design systems leadership across multidisciplinary enterprise environments.

I’m particularly interested in how UX organizations mature: how teams communicate, how systems scale, how research informs strategy, and how operational structure enables better products and healthier collaboration.

At Simpson Strong-Tie, I helped lead UX initiatives across a diverse software ecosystem while contributing to organizational frameworks for UX operations, mentorship, career progression, design systems governance, and research maturity.

My leadership style emphasizes clarity, systems thinking, mentorship, and cross-functional alignment. I care deeply about creating environments where UX teams can operate strategically, communicate effectively, and deliver measurable impact across complex organizations.

Outside of UX, I’m deeply interested in industrial design, analog systems, typography, architecture, music technology, and the intersection between engineering and aesthetic restraint.
